熵权赋权法的灰色系统理论在穿心莲药材质量评价中的应用研究

Application research of entropy weight-based gray systematic theory in thequality evaluation of Andrographis paniculata (Burm.f.) Nees

目的:采用熵权法对指标数据赋权后结合灰色关联度法多指标综合评价穿心莲药材质量。方法:测定穿心莲样品中穿心莲内酯、去氧穿心莲内酯、脱水穿心莲内酯、新穿心莲内酯4个有效成分及醇溶性浸出物、水分、灰分3个质量评价指标的含量,通过熵权法对指标数据客观赋权后结合灰色关联度构建多指标综合质量评价方法。结果:不同产地穿心莲药材样品的相对关联度最小值为0.227 4,最大值为0.482 0,说明产地对其质量有一定影响。产于广东省的药材S1、S12、S20~S21及广西壮族自治区的药材S38的相对关联度较大,质量排序靠前,故认为上述产地的药材质量较优。结论:熵权赋权法结合灰色系统法用于穿心莲药材综合质量评价具有可靠性,且更加合理和科学。

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the quality of prepared Andrographis paniculata(Burm.f.)Nees by entropy weight method and gray relative analysis(GRA) method.METHODS The contents of andrographolide,deoxyandrographolide,dehyandrographolide and neoandrographolide,and moisture content,ash and alcohol-soluble extract in Andrographis paniculata from different origins were determined.The entropy weight method was used for objective weighting.A multi-index comprehensive quality evaluation method was constructed by entropy weight method,combined with gray correlation degree.RESULTS The relative correlation value of Andrographis paniculata from different origins was with the minimum value of 0.227 4 and the maximum value of 0.482 0,showing that the origin had a certain influence on its quality.The Andrographis paniculata S1,S12 and S20~S21 in Guangdong province and S38 in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region showed high relative correlation degrees,and their quality rankings were among the top few,therefore,the quality of Andrographis paniculata from the above origins was better.CONCLUSION The gray systematic theory based on the entropy weighting method can be used for the quality evaluation of Andrographis paniculata.The objective weighting of the entropy weight method improves the reliability of the gray correlation method,and also enhances the rationlity and scientificity of the quality evaluation of Andrographis paniculata.
