摘要
目的 探讨白眉蛇毒血凝酶不同给药途径治疗新生儿肺出血的效果。方法 选取2020年1月至2022年5月大连市妇女儿童医疗中心(集团)希望广场院区收治的60例新生儿肺出血患儿作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=30)与试验组(n=30)。对照组患儿静脉注射白眉蛇毒血凝酶,试验组患儿在气管内滴入白眉蛇毒血凝酶,比较两组的治疗效果。结果 试验组患儿不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组患儿肺出血时间(1.4±0.5)d、呼吸机使用时间(3.8±0.7)d、出院时间(4.3±1.2)d,与对照组肺出血时间(2.4±1.2)d、呼吸机使用时间(7.4±1.6)d、出院时间(9.7±2.4)d比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患儿治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 于气管内滴入白眉蛇毒血凝酶治疗新生儿肺出血,有利于缩短出血时间,控制病情,促进患儿康复,提升临床有效率,减少不良反应。
Objective To explored the effect of different administration routes of baimei snake venom hemagglutinin on neonatal pulmonary hemorrhage.Methods Sixty newborns with pulmonary hemorrhage admitted to the Hope Square Hospital of Dalian Women and Children's Medical Center(Group) from January 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into a control group(n=30) and an experimental group(n=30).The control group received intravenous injection of white eyebrow snake venom hemagglutinin,while the experimental group received tracheal instillation of white eyebrow snake venom hemagglutinin,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of adverse reactions of children in the test group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);The time of pulmonary hemorrhage(1.4±0.5) d,the time of ventilator use(3.8±0.7) d,and the time of discharge(4.3±1.2) d in the test group were statistically different from the time of pulmonary hemorrhage(2.4±1.2) d,the time of ventilator use(7.4±1.6) d,and the time of discharge(9.7±2.4) d,in the control group(P<0.05);The treatment effectiveness rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Dropping baimei snake venom hemagglutinin into the trachea to treat neonatal pulmonary hemorrhage is beneficial for shortening the bleeding time,controlling the condition,promoting the recovery of the child,improving clinical efficacy,and reducing adverse reactions.
