摘要
分析挖掘玄参、生地、麦冬中对糖尿病便秘显效的活性成分及药理作用,归纳总结增液汤治疗糖尿病便秘的理论依据、作用机制及相关中药复方的临床应用,为养阴益气类中药用于治疗糖尿病便秘赋予现代科学内涵。同时对临床研究薄弱点提出改进,为进一步研究药效机制提供参考。
The active ingredients and pharmacological effects of Scrophulariae,Shengji and Ophiopogon on diabetic constipation were analyzed and explored,and the theoretical basis and mechanism of action of Zengye Decoction in the treatment of diabetic constipation were summarized,as well as the clinical application of related Chinese medicine compounds,which gave modern scientific connotation to the use of Yin and qi nourishing Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetic constipation.At the same time,the weak point of clinical study was improved to provide reference for further study of pharmacodynamic mechanism.
