2A12-T4铝合金搅拌摩擦焊接头裂纹尖端应力应变分析

摘要 为了更加准确地确定裂尖应变场范围以及定量地分析裂纹尖端应力大小,采用数字图像相关法得到了2A12-T4铝合金FSW接头裂纹扩展过程中裂尖应变场分布,然后采用有限元法计算了2A12-T4铝合金焊接试样内裂尖应力强度因子以及塑性区尺寸演化,采用断裂力学法计算了裂尖塑性区尺寸,将有限元模拟结果与计算结果对比。结果表明:应力强度因子及塑性区尺寸的有限元法计算结果与理论计算结果相近,误差在允许范围内,验证了用有限元法分析裂纹尖端应力强度因子以及塑性区尺寸的可靠性。 In order to more accurately determine the strain field range of crack tip and quantitatively analyze the crack tip stress,the distribution of crack tip strain field during crack propagation of 2A12-T4 aluminum alloy FSW joint was obtained by digital image correlation method,and the stress intensity factor and plastic zone size evolution of 2A12-T4 aluminum alloy welded sample were calculated by finite element method.The size of the plastic zone at the crack tip was calculated by fracture mechanics method,and the finite element simulation results were compared with the calcuated results.The results show that the calculated results by finite element method are close to those by theoretical calculation method,and the error is within the allowable range.It shows that the finite element method is reliable for analysis of the stress intensity factor and the size of plastic zone at the crack tip.
