摘要
蒸汽发生器下封头接管与安全端焊缝属于典型的异种钢焊缝。采用目前常用的奥氏体不锈钢焊丝和镍基合金焊丝分别进行焊接试验,对比分析两种焊接材料对接头热影响区力学性能和组织的影响。结果表明:两种材料接头的拉伸和弯曲性能良好,均能满足各自的标准要求,但该焊缝处于高辐照的工况,选用镍基合金焊材更有利。
The weld between channel head nozzle and safe end of steam generator belongs to typical dissimilar steel weld.The welding tests using austenitic stainless steel welding wire and nickel base alloy welding wire were carried out respectively,and the effects of the two welding materials on the mechanical properties and microstructure of heat affected zone of the joints were compared and analyzed.The results show that the tensile property and bending property of the joints welded by the two materials are good,which can meet the requirements of the standards.However,considering that the weld in high irradiation condition,it is more advantageous to select nickel based alloy welding material.
