青海省发展地理标志产业的思考

Reflections on the Development of Geographical Indication Industry in Qinghai Province

地理标志是与“三农”联系最为密切的知识产权,地理标志产品是一个地方最具代表性的特色产业,是地方经济的名片和区域经济发展的助推器,也是巩固脱贫攻坚成果、全面推进乡村振兴、加快农业高质量发展的有力支撑。文章深入剖析了青海省地理标志的概况和存在的问题,认为青海省缺乏地理标志政策性顶层设计,阻碍了地理标志产业高质量发展。为此文章从政策引导和规划制定方面提出建议,为进一步推动青海地理标志产业高质量发展提供借鉴参考。

Geographical indications are the intellectual property rights most closely related to agriculture,rural areas and farmers.Geographical indication products are the most representative local characteristic industry,the business card of local economy and the booster of regional economic development,and also a strong support for consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation,comprehensively promoting rural revitalization,and accelerating the high-quality development of agriculture.This paper analyzes the general situation and existing problems of geographical indications in Qinghai Province,believing that Qinghai Province lacks a top-level design of geographical indications policy,which hinders the high-quality development of the geographical indications industry.For this reason,this paper puts forward suggestions from the aspects of policy guidance and planning formulation,to provide reference for further promoting the high-quality development of geographical indications industry in Qinghai Province.
