唐古特大黄地上部分抗氧化活性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:唐古特大黄为多年生草本植物,传统上将大黄植物的地上部分茎叶归为非药用部位,在采集药材时常被废弃。为了充分挖掘大黄资源的潜在价值,本研究以唐古特大黄的地上部分为研究对象,进行抗氧化活性的物质基础研究。方法:用醇提法对唐古特大黄地上部分进行提取,并通过大孔吸附树脂对样品进行初步分离,采用DPPH自由基清除实验对唐古特大黄地上部分醇提物及各组分进行自由基清除率验证,将活性较好的组分进行纯化。结果:唐古特大黄地上部分乙醇提取物有一定的抗氧化活性,Fr3、Fr4、Fr5、Fr6四个组分的抗氧化活性最强。结论:唐古特大黄地上部分具有进一步应用开发的价值。 Objective:Rheum Tanguticum is a perennial herb.Traditionally,the aboveground part of Rheum Tanguticum is classified as non-medicinal parts,which are often abandoned in the collection of medicinal materials.In order to fully explore the potential value of Rheum Tanguticum resources,this study took the aboveground part of Rheum Tanguticum as the research object to conduct a material basis study on antioxidant activity.Methods:The aboveground part of Rheum Tanguticumt was extracted by alcohol extraction method,and the sample was preliminically separated by macroporous adsorption resin.The free radical scavenging rate of the alcohol extract and each component of Rheum Tanguticum was verified by DPPH radical scavenging experiment,and the active component was purified.Results:The ethanol extracts from aboveground parts of Rheum Tanguticum had certain antioxidant activities,and the antioxidant activities of Fr3,Fr4,Fr5 and Fr6 were the strongest.Conclusion:The aboveground part of Rheum Tanguticum has the value of further application and development.
