Discussion on Safety Accessories in External Inspection of Industrial Boilers

锅炉设备上的安全阀、压力表、水位计及安全保护装置,作为锅炉的主要安全附件,对锅炉的安全运行起着至关重要的作用。安全附件检查是锅炉外部检验必不可少的检验项目。文章主要根据近几年工业锅炉外部检验的情况,对在锅炉外部检验中发现的安全附件存在管理混乱、操作人员不熟悉法规标准要求等常见问题作了简要的说明,并针对这些问题提出了一些对策,为锅炉使用单位在安全附件管理方面提供一定的参考。

The safety valve,pressure gauge,water level gauge and safety protection device on the boiler equipment,as the main safety accessories of the boiler,plays a vital role in the safe operation of the boiler.Safety accessories inspection is an essential inspection item of boiler external inspection.According to the situation of industrial boiler external inspection in recent years,this paper briefly explains the common problems found in the external inspection of the boiler such as the chaos of safety accessories management,operators’unfamiliar with the requirements of regulations and standards and others,and puts forward some countermeasures for dealing with these problems.It provides some reference for boiler users in safety accessory management.
