摘要
改革开放以来,我国的高等教育发展成效显著,教师团队的建设工作也取得了良好成绩,对我国高等学校人事管理方面的工作要求更高。这就需要高校加强人力资源管理,运用信息化技术优化高校的人事档案管理工作,能够优化人力资源管理模式,也对高校人力资源的分配、教学质量的优化起到积极作用。
Since the reform and opening up,the development of higher education in China has achieved remarkable results,and the construction of teacher teams has also achieved good results,placing higher demands on the work of personnel management in Chinese universities.This requires universities to strengthen human resource management and optimize their personnel file management using information technology,which can optimize the human resource management model and also play a positive role in the allocation of human resources and the optimization of teaching quality in universities.
