摘要
ABS树脂的化学添加剂对其成品的具体理化性能有决定性的影响,通过对ABS树脂体系组分的分析并结合乳液聚合原理对以歧化松香钾皂、烷基萘磺酸钠等为主的乳化剂以及过氧化氢异丙苯、二甲基硅油、硬脂酸镁、叔十二烷基硫醇、N,N-乙撑双硬脂酰胺等化学品的添加和ABS粉料掺杂进行实验,以明确添加剂对其理化性能的影响,并对生产工艺的优化提供一定的理论依据。
The chemical additives of ABS resin have a decisive influence on the specific physical and chemical properties of the finished product.Through the analysis of the components of ABS resin system and the principle of emulsion polymerization,the emulsifiers such as disproportionated rosin potassium soap and sodium alkyl naphthalene sulfonate,as well as the addition of cumene hydroperoxide,dimethyl silicone oil,magnesium stearate,tert-dodecyl mercaptan,N,N-ethylene bis stearamide and other chemicals and the doping of ABS powder were tested to clarify the effect of additives on their physical and chemical properties,and provide a theoretical basis for the optimization of production process.
