文章设计了紧凑型称重混棉机组并将其应用在混纺、色纺流程中,阐明了紧凑型称重混棉机组的结构组成、混合原理及应用流程等。以某用户的实际应用情况为例,介绍了紧凑型称重混棉机组的工艺流程、工艺参数及生产情况,并对混纺后纱线的成纱质量、混纺比及混合情况进行了验证。生产实践证明:紧凑型称重混棉机组称重精确、稳定性好、占地面积小,应用该机组的生产线混纺比准确(±1%以内)、成纱质量好、节省人工,混纺纱线织布后染色均匀、无横档现象,基本能够满足混纺及色纺市场的需求,显著提高了用户的生产效益。

A compact weighing and blending unit was designed and applied in the process of blending and color spinning.The paper expounds on the structure composition,blending principle and application process of this unit.Taking the practical application of a user as an example,this paper introduces the process flow,process parameters and production situation of this unit,and verifies the yarn quality,blending ratio and blending performance of the blended yarn.The production practice has proved that the compact weighing and blending unit has the advantages of accurate weighing,good stability,small area occupation,accurate blending ratio(within±1%),high yarn quality,labor saving,uniform dyeing,no uneven filling,which can basically meet the needs of the blending and color spinning market,and significantly improve the production efficiency of users.
