不同CFRP粘贴形式下再生混凝土梁抗弯性能分析

摘要 通过有限元软件对14根再生混凝土梁在4种不同CFRP粘贴形式下(梁底全贴、U型粘贴、U型&上下条带粘贴、U型&上下条带&梁底全贴)的抗弯承载力、变形能力进行分析。得出了不同高宽比下再生混凝土梁体受弯承载力提高34.27%~104.23%。随着截面高宽比(h/b)的增大,提高程度越明显。U型粘贴形式下RAC梁的变形最大,梁底全贴形式下变形最小,CFRP的纵向粘贴率r对承载力和变形能力影响不大。通过引入再生混凝土调整系数γrac,U型粘贴调整系数γ1、U型&上下条带粘贴调整系数γ2,形成了适用于不同CFRP粘贴形式下的再生混凝土梁正截面抗弯承载力公式。 The flexural capacity and deformability of the 14 recycled aggregate concrete(RAC)beams pasted with 4 different CFRP forms were studied by finite element analysis.The 4 forms including pasting CFRP on the bottom of the beams,sticking U-shaped CFRP strips on three sides of the beams,sticking U-shaped CFRP strips on three sides&pasting CFRP on the upper and lower sides of the beams,all the above forms were pasted on the beams.It was concluded that the flexural capacity of RAC beams increases by 34.27%~104.23%under different ratios of section height to width.With the increase of section height to width ratio(h/b),the degree of improve‐ment was more obvious.The deformation of RAC beam was the largest which was sticked by U-shaped CFRP strips on three sides,and the smallest by pasting CFRP on the bottom.The flexural capacity and deformation performance of the beams were less affected by the longitudi‐nal area ratio of CFRP.By the coefficient(grac,g1,g2)and combining the analysis results,the formula of the flexural capacity of RAC beams under different CFRP were formed.
