摘要
多金属共生矿选矿过程复杂,环境影响因素多样。本文采用生命周期评价方法,对白云鄂博氧化矿选矿的环境影响进行定量分析。其间选取1 t铁精矿、1 t稀土精矿作为功能单位,研究臭氧损耗、全球气候变暖、酸化、富营养化等10个方面的环境影响,并基于结果识别环境热点,分析其关键生产过程及关键物质,为白云鄂博氧化矿选矿的绿色生产提供理论参考。
The beneficiation process of polymetallic symbiotic ore is complex,and there are various environmental influencing factors.This paper uses the life cycle assessment method to quantitatively analyze the environmental impact of oxidized ore beneficiation in Bayan Obo.During this period,1 t iron concentrate and 1 t rare earth concentrate are selected as functional units to study the environmental impact of 10 aspects,including ozone depletion,global warming,acidification and eutrophication,and the environmental hotspots are identified based on the results,and their key production processes and substances are analyzed,thus providing theoretical reference for the green production of oxidized ore beneficiation in Bayan Obo.
