钢铁行业环境影响评价中碳排放核算方法研究

Research on Carbon Emission Accounting Method in Environmental Impact Assessment of the Steel Industry

钢铁行业是我国制造业中碳排放量最高的行业,将碳排放纳入钢铁行业环境影响评价,可充分发挥环境影响评价制度的源头防控作用。钢铁行业碳排放环境影响评价中,要对各生产工序碳排放量进行准确核算。本文对比国内已发布的钢铁行业碳排放核算方法,结合山东省某钢铁项目,验证核算方法的适用性,为钢铁项目分工序核算碳排放量提供参考。

The steel industry is the industry with the highest carbon emissions in China's manufacturing industry,and incorporating carbon emissions into the environmental impact assessment of the steel industry can fully leverage the source prevention and control role of the environmental impact assessment system.In the environmental impact assessment of carbon emissions in the steel industry,it is necessary to accurately calculate the carbon emissions of each production process.This paper compares the carbon emission accounting methods for the steel industry that have been published in China,and verifies the applicability of the accounting methods in conjunction with a steel project in Shandong Province,thus providing a reference for sub-process accounting of carbon emissions in steel projects.
