大型雨水调蓄池工程设计与调度

摘要 近年来,广州市极端天气频发,特大暴雨及超强台风引起的降雨量、风暴潮水位均超过以往记录,对人民生命财产安全造成严重威胁。大型雨水调蓄池的建设能有效解决城市局部内涝问题。本文以凤凰城地下调蓄池为例,确定调蓄规模,开展总体设计、运行调度和效果评估。工程实践表明,该地下调蓄池发挥积极作用,有效缓解区域水浸问题,运行效果良好。 In recent years,extreme weather has occurred frequently in Guangzhou City,and the rainfall and storm surge water level caused by extremely heavy rainstorm and super typhoon have exceeded the previous records,posing a serious threat to the safety of people's lives and property.The construction of large-scale storm detention tanks can effectively solve the problem of local waterlogging in cities.Taking the Fenghuangcheng underground detention tank as an example,this paper determines the detention scale,conducts overall design,operation dispatch,and effectiveness evaluation.Engineering practice has shown that the underground detention tank plays a positive role in effectively alleviating the problem of regional flooding,and the operation effect is good.
