基于NX70平板车的铁路线路轨件铺换装备及施工方法研究

摘要 目前我国铁路线路特别是高铁线路长大组件(如道岔部件、长钢轨等)铺换设备大多都存在施工效率低、安全性差、设备成本高、适应性受限等问题。文中研制了一种采用跨距可变、高度可调的智能门吊,可对所有高铁岔区环境全适应的铺换装备,该装备采用OFMD智能控制及电驱技术、门吊数量按需柔性配置技术、高安全性的故障应急保障技术等,可实现高铁线路长大轨件机械化、智能化、多点同步吊装作业。与现有方案相比,接触网碰触风险降为0、设备成本减少达45%、效率提高约22%、操作人员减少约30%,可更好地满足长大轨件吊装铺换作业需求,切实解决目前无法合规实现的铁路线路长大轨件吊装铺换的难题。 Now most of the changing equipment for long and large parts( like turnout parts and long steel track) in our railway lines,especially in high speed railway lines,exist problems of low operation efficiency,bad safety,high cost and limited adaptation.By developing one kind of intelligent gantry crane with changeable span and adjustable height,the changing equipment can adapt all high speed railway turnout area in every environment.The equipment uses OFMD intelligent control and electric drive technology,soft allocation technology based on demand for gantry crane number,trouble emergency assurance technology with high safety and research on construction method in whole process,which can realize mechanized and intelligent synchronous crane operation in multiple spots for long and large railway parts in high speed railway lines.Compared to the present plan,the possibility of contacting the overhead line is 0,the equipment cost can reduce 45%,the efficiency can increase about 22% and the operators can reduced about 30%,which can better satisfy the crane operation requirement for long and large parts,so as to solve the difficult problem of changing long and large parts in railway lines regularly.
