摘要
为明确甘肃高寒阴湿区不同播种方式(A1:条播,A2:撒播,A3:点播)对猫尾草种质(B1:猫尾草新品系,B2:川西猫尾草,B3:岷山猫尾草,B4:克劳沃1号猫尾草)生产性能和营养成分的影响,筛选最佳播种方式和猫尾草种质,测定了不同播种方式下猫尾草种质的株高、分蘖数、鲜干比、鲜(干)草产量和营养成分。结果表明:3种播种方式中,A2处理(撒播)下,4个猫尾草种质的平均分蘖数最高,A3处理(点播)下,平均粗蛋白(CP)含量最高;4个猫尾草种质中,B1(猫尾草新品系)和B2(川西猫尾草)在3种播种方式下的平均分蘖数和鲜(干)草产量均较高,生产性能较好。播种方式×猫尾草种质交互作用表明,播种方式对4个猫尾草种质的生产性能有显著影响:猫尾草新品系和克劳沃1号猫尾草的最佳播种方式为点播,川西猫尾草适宜于条播,岷山猫尾草适宜于撒播;猫尾草新品系和川西猫尾草的生产性能优于岷山和克劳沃1号猫尾草,猫尾草新品系的营养成分较高。
The present study aimed to investigate the effects of different sowing methods(A1:Drill seeding,A2:Broadcast sowing,A3:Dibble seeding)on the production performance and nutrient composition of different timothy(Phleum pratense)genotypes(B1:New timothy line,B2:Chuanxi,B3:Minshan,B4:Clover No.1)in alpine and shaded areas of Gansu,and to identify the optimal sowing method and timothy genotype.This study evaluated plant height,number of tillers,ratio of fresh to dry weight,fresh(dry)forage yield and nutrient composition of various timothy genotypes under three different sowing methods.The results showed that among the three sowing methods,the average number of tillers of the four timothy genotypes was highest in treatment A2.Additionally,treatment A3 had higher average crude protein(CP)content.For all timothy genotypes,B1(New timothy line)and B2(Chuanxi)exhibited higher average plant height and fresh(dry)forage yield,as well as a higher average number of tillers,indicating better production performance under the three tested sowing methods.The interaction between sowing methods and timothy genotypes revealed that the production performance of the four timothy genotypes was significantly influenced by the sowing method.Dibble seeding was found to be the best method for New timothy line and Clover No.1,while Chuanxi was suitable for drill sowing,and Minshan was suitable for broadcast sowing.The production performance of New timothy line and Chuanxi were superior to that of Minshan and Clover No.1.Moreover,when compared to the other two genotypes,New timothy line exhibited the most favorable nutrient composition.
