独一味对自身及两种高寒地区作物种子和幼苗的化感作用 被引量:1

Allelopathic Effects of Lamiophlomis rotata on Seed and Seedlings of Itself and Two Crops in Alpine Areas

摘要 通过培养皿生物测定法,研究独一味花、叶及根际土壤不同浓度水浸提液对独一味、青稞和油菜种子萌发、幼苗生长、抗氧化酶活性、丙二醛含量的影响,结果表明独一味不同部位的化感抑制作用强度表现为叶>花>根际土壤,不同浓度水浸提液的化感抑制作用强度表现为50 g/L>25 g/L>12.5 g/L。从综合化感效应指数可以看出,独一味不同处理的水浸提液对3种植物的化感抑制效应表现为独一味>青稞>油菜,表明独一味具有很强的化感自毒效应且叶片的化感抑制强度高于花和根际土壤,其化感抑制效应会随着水浸提液浓度的升高而增加。综上,独一味不适宜连作,可考虑与油菜轮作。 This experiment studied the allelopathic effects of different concentrations of water extracts from the flowers,leaves,and rhizosphere soil of Lamiophlomis rotata on seed germination,seedling growth,antioxidant enzymes activity and malondialdehyde(MDA)content of L.rotate,Hordeum vulgare and Brassica napus using Petri dish bioassay method.The results showed that the intensity of allelopathic inhibitory in different parts of L.rotata was leaf>flower>rhizosphere soil,and the intensity of allelopathic inhibitory in different concentrations of water extract was 50 g/L>25 g/L>12.5 g/L.The allelopathic inhibitory effect of water extracts from different treatments of L.rotata on the three plants was L.rotata>H.vulgare>B.napus according to the comprehensive allelopathic effect index.Indicating that L.rotata had a strong allelopathy autotoxicity effect and the allelopathic inhibition intensity of leaves was higher than that of flowers and rhizosphere soil.Its allelopathic inhibition effect would increase with the increase of the water extract concentration.In summary,L.rotata was not suitable for continuous cropping,but rotation with rape can be considered.
