具有黏滞物分离功能的智能垃圾桶结构设计

摘要 垃圾分类过程中垃圾形态的不规则、黏滞物附着等因素都会阻碍垃圾的识别与分拣,进而制约垃圾分类效率与自动化程度的提升。针对垃圾表面黏滞物附着问题,文中提出一种具有黏滞物分离功能的智能垃圾桶,利用内置的振筛与离心机构实现对垃圾的筛分与表面黏滞物的分离,降低不同类型垃圾识别与分拣的难度,减轻环卫人员作业负担,为提升垃圾分类的效率与自动化程度提供参考。 In the process of garbage classification,garbage recognization and sorting can be impeded by many factors like morphological irregularity and viscous object attached on surface etc.,efficiency and automaticity improvement in garbage classification can also be limited as a result.Aiming at the problem of viscous object attached on garbage surface,this paper proposes an intelligent garbage bin with the function of viscous object separation,garbage sieving and viscous object separation can be realized by the built-in vibration sieve mechanism and centrifugal mechanism,reducing the difficulty in recognization and sorting of different garbage and operation burden of sanitation workers,providing reference for improvement of efficiency and automaticity in garbage classification.
