摘要
针对铁路货车脚蹬体A的整体加热导致的变形问题,文中设计了3种工装、设备。形成了一套新的加工工艺,解决了原加工工艺中在特征精度和生产效率方面存在的问题。该工艺采用电磁感应加热元件对工件进行局部加热后再成形,并实现此过程的自动化。实际应用表明,该方法提升了脚蹬体A的生产效率,提高了工艺质量保障能力。
To solve footstep body A deformation problem caused by the overall heating,this paper designs three kinds of tooling and equipment.A new processing method is developed,which solves the problems in feature accuracy and productivity in the original processing.The process uses electromagnetic induction heating elements to partially heat the workpiece before forming,and automates this process.The practical application shows that the method improves the productivity of the footstool body A and enhances the process quality assurance capability.
