摘要
运用Fluent软件,对燃烧器引射性能及两种不同炉头的燃烧器流场进行数值模拟分析,通过分析速度场、压力场、甲烷浓度分布,研究燃气在燃烧器作用下的流动情况,为优化燃气燃烧、改善运行能力奠定基础。
This paper uses Fluent software to conduct numerical simulation analysis of the burner induction performance and the burner flow field of two different furnace heads.The flow of gas under the action of the burner is studied by analyzing the velocity field,pressure field and methane concentration distribution.The results provide a basis for optimizing gas combustion and improving operating capacity.
