摘要
针对工程机械车辆产品结构设计的精细化、智能化需求,以混凝土泵车为例,分析了楼梯的装配要点与布局特点,设计出一种电液控制的新型楼梯结构,解决了整机布局中安装空间受限问题。该研究成果对工程机械车辆类产品楼梯方案设计有一定的指导作用。
To meet the fine and intelligent requirement of construction machinery and vehicles structural design,taking concrete pump truck as an example,this paper analyzes the assembly points and layout characteristics of stairs,and designs a new type of stair structure controlled by electro-hydraulic,which solves the problem of limited installation space in the layout of the whole machine.The research results have a certain guiding role for the stair design of construction machinery and vehicle products.
