基于CFD方法的可调式单向阀设计与流量分析

摘要 为了提升现有可调式单向阀的流动特性并减少压力损失,在阀体内部(即插装阀和连接板之间)适当地塑造、布置了孔和流道。通过与通道主轴成一定角度进行额外钻孔的方法,改进了流道的几何形状,并用CFD模拟计算了标准阀体和改进后新方案的流速和压力损失,将钻孔角度从90°改进为78°,将流量系数确定为0.30~0.59。结果表明,改进后的II型比I型压力损失降低了30%~40%,A→B方向的最大流体流速降低约30%,文中提出的改进方案可有效减少压力损失。 In order to enhance the flow characteristics and reduce the pressure loss of the existing adjustable check valve,holes and flow channels are properly shaped and arranged inside the valve body(i.e.,between the cartridge valve and the connecting plate).The geometry of the flow paths is improved by drilling additional holes at an angle to the main axis of the channel,and CFD simulations are used to calculate the flow rates and pressure losses for the standard valve body and the new modified scheme.The drilling angle is improved from 90°to 78°,and the flow coefficient is determined to be 0.30~0.59.The results show that the improved Type II reduces the pressure loss by 30%~40%compared with Type I,and the maximum fluid flow rate in the A→B direction is reduced by about 30%,and the improved scheme proposed in the paper can effectively reduce the pressure loss.
