面向未来的低碳城区规划指标体系研究与实践——以成都市未来科技城低碳示范片区为例

摘要 目前,国家层面尚未形成统一的低碳城区建设标准,城区尺度的低碳管控指标体系也相对缺乏。本文以未来科技城低碳示范片区为研究对象,构建了以空间、能源、交通、产业为四大管控板块的低碳城区规划四级指标体系,并将其与样本指标体系进行横向对比分析,认为其具备全面性、均匀性和普适性的特征。最后对本指标体系在实际应用中的管控机制进行了探讨。 Currently,there is no unified national standard for the construction of low-carbon urban areas,and there is a relative lack of a low-carbon control index system at the urban scale.This paper takes the future science and technology city's low-carbon demonstration area as the research object,constructs a four-level index system for low-carbon urban planning,including spatial,energy,transportation,and industry control sectors,and compares it horizontally with a sample index system,suggesting that it possesses comprehensive,uniform,and universal characteristics.Finally,the control mechanism of this index system is discussed in practical applications.
