摘要 本文在高质量住房建设及双碳目标的背景下,提出社区低碳规划的必要性。从社区规划、建筑设计、交通规划、配套规划、景观规划五个方面明确了低碳规划的技术要点和实施路径。研究结合国内外的实际案例,验证了低碳规划的合理性和先进性,为城市社区低碳规划转型提供了规划思路和技术路径。 This article proposes the necessity of community low-carbon planning in the context of high-quality housing construction and dual carbon goals.The technical points and implementation path of low-carbon planning are clarified from five aspects including community planning,architectural design,transportation planning,supporting facilities planning,and landscape planning.The study verified the rationality and progressiveness of low-carbon planning based on actual cases at home and abroad,which could provide planning ideas and technical paths for the transformation of low-carbon planning in urban communities.
