摘要
本文对螺栓连接装配式混凝土结构的拆卸及重组技术进行研究,以西藏某试验项目为例,研究了极端恶劣环境下的技术可行性,并开展了建筑物化、建造、拆除和重组阶段的碳排放分析,装配式技术在建筑生命后期的可拆卸和适应性再利用阶段更具有优势,节能降碳效果更加显著。
This paper studies the disassembly and reassembly technology of bolted prefabricated concrete structures.Taking a pilot project in Tibet as an example,the technical feasibility under extremely harsh environment is analyzed and carbon emission analysis in the building,construction,demolition and restructuring phases are carried out.The research result shouws that prefabricated technology has more advantages in the stage of disassembly and adaptive reuse in the later lifecycle of the building,and the effect of energy saving and carbon reduction is more significant.
