钢结构模块化建筑主体连接节点的分析与应用

摘要 近年来,钢结构模块化建筑因快速、高效、灵活及可持续性的施工方式,在办公、学校、宿舍、酒店等各种类型的建筑中应用的越来越广泛,而模块化钢结构主体连接节点是建筑完整性的关键。合理设计和选择主体连接节点可以保证模块之间的牢固连接和整体结构的稳定性。同时,主体连接节点的优化设计还可以提高施工速度,减少现场加工,进一步提高建筑的质量和效率。本文阐述了主体连接节点在国内外的研究现状,并通过实际工程分析其应用范围及特点,期望为钢结构模块化建筑的发展有一定的参考意义。 Due to its advantages of the fast,efficient,flexible and sustainable construction method in recent years,the modular buildings with steel structure have been extensively used in various types of buildings,such as offices,schools,dormitories,hotels,etc.,while the main connection nodes of modular steel structures are the key to building integrity.Reasonable design and selection of the main connection nodes can ensure the firm connection between modules and the stability of the overall structure.In the meantime,the optimization design of the main connection nodes can also improve construction speed,reduce on-site processing,as well as further enhance the quality and efficiency of the building.This paper describes the research status of the main connection nodes at home and abroad,and analyzes its application scope and characteristics through practical engineering,which could provide reference for the development of modular building with steel structure.
