箱式模块化建筑体系研究与应用

装配式模块化建筑是我国建筑业转型与升级的发展方向之相比于其他建筑,箱式模块化建筑是一种以集装箱钢结构为主体的预制式模块化建筑。本文根据箱式模块化建筑的发展现状,归纳了箱式模块化建筑的特点,并从建筑形式、结构设计、围护系统等方面对箱式模块化建筑体系进行了相关研究,阐述了箱式模块化建筑标准化设计、工厂化生产、集装箱化运输、装配化施工的技术应用。本文介绍了箱式模块化建筑在国内外案例的实施和应用情况,验证了能够满足国内外集装箱运输化、快速安装的箱式模块化建筑具有良好的市场前景和发展潜力。

Prefabricated modular building is one of the development directions of the transformation and upgrading of China's construction industry.Different from other building,it is a kind of prefabricated modular building with container steel structure as the main body.This paper introduces the development status of container-type modular building,summarizes its characteristics,and carries out related research from the aspects of building form,structure design,enclosure system,etc.The technical application of its standardized design,prefabricated production,containerization transportation and assembly construction is expounded.Its implementation and application in domestic and foreign cases are introduced,which verifies that containerized modular building can meet the requirements of container transportation and rapid installation at home and abroad,thus has good market prospect and development potential.
