国家治理现代化视域下高校思想政治教育现代化的原则遵循和路径创新

The principle compliance and path innovation of ideological and political education modernization in colleges and universities under the vision of the Modernization of State Governance

党的二十大提出以中国式现代化推进中华民族伟大复兴,面对这一重要历史任务,高校思想政治教育现代化作为中国式现代化的重要组成部分,紧紧围绕中国式现代化战略部署,必然加快推进其自身的现代化。伴随国家治理现代化在社会科学领域逐渐成为一个显性议题,推动了高校思想政治教育领域的研究范畴进一步深化,引发了对国家治理现代化视域下高校思想政治教育现代化问题的探讨,其中原则遵循和实施路径是首要解决的问题。对这一问题的认识,首先要厘清二者之间的耦合关系;其次这一目标的实现还要遵循科学性与系统性、制度性与操作性、整体性与协同性“三个统一”的原则诉求;最终以高校思想政治教育治理体系和治理能力现代化为依托探索高校思想政治教育现代化的创新路径。

The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to promote the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation with Chinese modernization.Facing this important historical task,the ideological and political modernization of colleges and universities,as an important part of Chinese modernization,is bound to accelerate its own modernization closely around the strategic deployment of Chinese modernization.With the Modernization of State Governance gradually becoming a dominant issue in the field of social sciences,it has promoted the further deepening of the research category in the field of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,and triggered a discussion on the modernization of ideological and political education in colleges and universities from the perspective of Modernization of State Governance,in which the principle compliance and implementation path are the first problems to be solved.To understand this problem,we must first clarify the coupling relationship between them.Secondly,the realization of this goal should follow the principle of“three unifications”:scientific and systematic,institutional and operational,holistic and collaborative.Finally,the innovation path of ideological and political education modernization in colleges and universities should be explored based on the modernization of governance system and governance capacity.
