综述毁伤评估系统的建立

摘要 文章综述了在未来的战争中将会出现越来越多的精确控制和精确打击的新概念武器,并以此为基础,最终达成非对称作战、非接触作战、非线性作战的“三非”目标。目前,国际上倾向于目标毁伤信息收集及毁伤效果评估的研究,文章通过分析建立一个快速处理和评估系统的流程,来了解国内在毁伤效果评估方面的情况,并帮助决策分析人员根据多分散信息源得到的数据信息,对信息进行快速综合分析、处理,最终达到模拟实际战争、进行目标物毁伤的分析、评估新型武器的攻击力、目标物的防护能力,以及充分利用新型材料性能研制新式装备和防护的目的。 This paper summarizes that there will be more and more new concept weapons of precision control and precision attack in the future war,and on this basis,the"three non""goals of Asymmetric warfare,non-contact warfare and nonlinear warfare will be finally achieved.At present,there is an international trend towards research on the collection of target damage information and damage effect evaluation.This article analyzes the process of establishing a rapid processing and evaluation system and its influencing factors to understand the situation of damage effect evaluation in China,and helps decision analysts to quickly and comprehensively analyze and process information based on data obtained from multiple and dispersed information sources,ultimately achieving simulation of actual wars The purpose of conducting analysis of target damage,evaluating the attack power of new weapons,protecting the target,and fully utilizing the performance of new materials to develop new equipment and protection.
