超大断面暗挖车站连接板质量控制

摘要 大断面超浅埋隧道的施工技术作为一种相对较新的施工技术,在施工过程中,有必要结合施工现场的实际情况,在大断面合理应用超浅埋隧道的施工技术。提高施工的规范性和安全性,确保施工安全。文章以长沙地铁某车站大断面暗挖隧道施工为例,讨论了大断面暗挖隧道支护导洞连接板质量控制的重点和难点。隧道采用双侧壁6个导洞施工,工作面多,交叉工序多,隧道每榀型钢总长度达186m,型钢安装量大,且确保各导洞之间的型钢连接板连接质量并能有效连接是初支的一个难点和控制点。 As a relatively new construction technology,for the construction technology of large section ultra shallow buried tunnel,it is necessary to reasonably apply the construction technology of ultra shallow buried tunnel in large cross-section in the construction process,combined with the actual situation of the construction site.It aims to improve the standardization and safety of construction to ensure construction safety.Taking the construction of a large section underground tunnel in Changsha subway station as an example,this paper discusses the key and difficult points for the quality control of the connecting plate of the supporting pilot tunnel of the large section underground tunnel.The tunnel is constructed with six pilot tunnels on both sides.There are many working faces and cross processes.The total length of each section steel of the tunnel is 186m.The installation of section steel is large.Ensuring the connection quality of the section steel connecting plates between the pilot tunnels being effectively connected is a difficulty and control point of the initial support.
