Prevention and Control of Important Infectious Diseases Frequently Occurring in Dairy Cows

牛结核病、布鲁氏菌病、口蹄疫、牛结节性皮肤病等是奶牛养殖过程中需要重点防控的重大、重要传染性疾病。本文从以上疫病的流行特点、临床症状、实验室诊断方法等方面做出诊断,并提出疫情处置措施;同时提出注意疫情监测净化和检疫监管,制定合理的免疫程序并正确选择疫苗进行有效免疫等建议,为奶牛养殖业的持续发展和人民群众的身体健康提供安全保障。

Bovine tuberculosis,brucellosis,foot-and-mouth disease and bovine nodular skin disease have become major and important infectious diseases that need to be focused on prevention and control in the process of cow breeding.This paper made a diagnosis from the epidemic characteristics,clinical symptoms,laboratory diagnostic methods,and other aspects of the above-mentioned diseases,and proposes measures for epidemic response.At the same time,it was proposed to pay attention to epidemic monitoring,purification,and quarantine supervision,develop reasonable immunization procedures,and correctly select vaccines for effective immunization,in order to provide safety guarantees for the sustainable development of the dairy farming industry and the physical health of the people.
