摘要
本研究旨在探讨PD-1、LMO2在伴IRF4重排的大B细胞淋巴瘤(LBCL-IRF4)的病理诊断中的价值。采用免疫组化方法检测LBCL-IRF4、弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤(DLBCL)和滤泡性淋巴瘤(FL)组织中PD-1、LMO2的表达情况,并比较它们在不同亚型间的差异。结果显示,联合检测PD-1、LMO2有助于LBCL-IRF4的诊断及鉴别诊断。具体来说,PD-1在LBCL-IRF4组的表达率低于FL组,而LMO2在LBCL-IRF4组的表达率高于DLBCL的Non-GCB组。
The purpose of this study was to explore the value of PD-1 and LMO2 in the pathological diagnosis of large B-cell lymphoma with IRF4 rearrangement(LBCL-IRF4).The expression of PD-1 and LMO2 in LBCL-IRF4,Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma(DLBCL)and follicular lymphoma(FL)was detected by immunohistochemical method,and their differences among different subtypes were compared.The results showed that the combined detection of PD-1 and LMO2 is helpful for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of LBCL-IRF4.Specifi cally,the expression rate of PD-1 in the LBCL-IRF4 group was lower than that in the FL group,while the expression rate of LMO2 in the LBCL-IRF4 group was higher than that in the Non GCB group of DLBCL.
