视频脑电图与常规脑电图在癫痫疾病诊断中的应用探究

Application of Video Electroencephalography and Routine Electroencephalography in the Diagnosis of Epilepsy

分析视频脑电图与常规脑电图在癫痫疾病诊断中的应用。纳入2022年8月—2023年3月贵州省黔南州人民医院收治的15例临床症状疑似癫痫的患者,对其临床资料展开回顾性分析,均予以视频脑电图与常规脑电图检查,对比两种诊断方式的诊断价值。痫样放电检出率比较,视频脑电图显著高于常规脑电图(P<0.05);临床发作检出率比较,视频脑电图显著高于常规脑电图(P<0.05);视频脑电图检出痫样放电患者12例,睡眠期痫样放电检出率高于觉醒期(P<0.05);7例睡眠期检出痫样放电患者NREM 1-2期痫样放电检出率高于NREM 3-4期、REM(P<0.05);6例癫痫患者结合视频脑电图明确痫样放电起源部位为:额区、颞区、额颞区、枕区、中央区、颞枕后区,例数各1例。研究发现,视频脑电图诊断癫痫,对脑部痫样放电检出率与临床发作检出率均高于常规脑电图,且定位诊断效果理想,推广意义深远。

To analyze the application of video Electroencephalography and routine Electroencephalography in the diagnosis of epilepsy.Fifteen patients with clinical symptoms suspected of epilepsy admitted to The People’s Hospital of Qiannan from August 2022 to March 2023 were included.Their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed,and video Electroencephalography and conventional Electroencephalography were given to compare the diagnostic value of the two diagnostic methods.Compared with the detection rate of epileptiform discharges,video electroencephalography was significantly higher than conventional Electroencephalography(P<0.05);Compared with the detection rate of clinical seizures,video Electroencephalography was signifi cantly higher than conventional Electroencephalography(P<0.05);In 12 patients with epileptiform discharges detected by video Electroencephalography,the detection rate of epileptiform discharges during sleep was higher than that during awakening(P<0.05);The detection rate of epileptic discharge in NREM 1-2 phase was higher than that in NREM 3-4 phase and REM phase in 7 patients with epileptic discharge detected during sleep(P<0.05);Six epileptic patients with video Electroencephalography confi rmed that the origin of epileptiform discharges were frontal area,temporal area,frontotemporal area,occipital area,central area,and posterior temporo occipital area,with 1 case each.The study found that video Electroencephalography diagnosis of epilepsy,the detection rate of epileptiform discharges in the brain and the detection rate of clinical seizures are higher than conventional Electroencephalography,and the localization diagnosis effect is ideal,with far-reaching signifi cance for promotion.
