对紫杉醇(白蛋白结合型)药物不良反应进行干预研究

摘要 通过分析出现紫杉醇(白蛋白结合型)药物不良反应的患者,探究如何更好地针对紫杉醇(白蛋白结合型)药物不良反应进行干预工作,提高患者的治疗质量与治疗效果。选择2022年4月—2022年10月期间在高原地区某医院接受治疗出现药物的恶性肿瘤患者8例作为研究对象,其中不良反应包括恶心,呕吐以及骨髓抑制等。结果显示,研究数据显示,8例出现紫杉醇(白蛋白结合型)药物不良反应的患者经临床干预后4例患者治愈,3例患者好转,1例患者出现肾功能损伤,1例患者出现永久性脱发。研究发现,在为患者应用紫杉醇(白蛋白结合型)药物时应询问患者的既往病史以及临床应用情况,及时的观察患者的生命体征情况以及各项数据,做到提前预防不良反应,若患者出现胃肠道反应以及骨髓抑制等情况时需及时对症处理,保证临床用药的安全性与有效性。 By analyzing the patients with paclitaxel(albumin binding type)Adverse drug reaction,we explored how to better carry out the intervention of 8 cases of paclitaxel(albumin binding type)Adverse drug reaction in a county hospital in the plateau area,so as to improve the treatment quality and treatment effect of patients.From April 2022 to October 2022,8 patients with malignant tumors who received treatment in a county hospital in the plateau area and developed drugs were selected as the study subjects,among which the adverse reactions included nausea,vomiting and Bone marrow suppression.The results showed that the research data showed that 8 patients with paclitaxel(albumin binding)Adverse drug reaction were cured after clinical intervention in 4 patients,3 patients improved,1 patient had renal function damage,and 1 patient had permanent hair loss.The study found that when using paclitaxel(albumin binding)drugs for patients,they should ask about the patient’s past medical history and clinical application,timely observe the patient’s vital signs and various data,so as to prevent adverse reactions in advance.If the patient has gastrointestinal reactions and Bone marrow suppression,timely symptomatic treatment is required to ensure the safety and effectiveness of clinical medication.
