加减半夏白术天麻汤治疗脑卒中患者的临床研究

Clinical Study on the Treatment of Stroke Patients with Modified Banxia Baizhu Tianma Tang

探究半夏白术天麻汤加减在脑卒中治疗中的临床应用效果。选取2019年12月—2020年11月内前往冷水江市中医医院确诊为脑卒中且错过溶栓时间的患者纳为研究对象(n=60),依据患者就诊登记时间,按照双盲法将其依次纳入对照组(n=30,予以患者常规治疗)与研究组(n=30,予以常规治疗联合半夏白术天麻汤加减治疗)。观察患者生活质量、神经功能缺损评分、脑卒中评定量表评分。结果显示,研究组患者生活质量评分更高,与对照组患者相较组间统计学意义明显(P<0.05);研究组患者神经功能缺损评分更低,与对照组患者相较组间统计学意义明显(P<0.05);研究组患者脑卒中评定量表评分更高,与对照组患者相较组间统计学意义明显(P<0.05)。研究发现,中医理论指导下的半夏白术天麻汤加减与现代医学理论指导下的治疗方案联合,有助于改善脑卒中患者早期功能与血液生化与微循环指标,临床优势明显。

Explore the advantages of modified Banxia Baizhu Tianma Tang in the treatment of stroke.The patients who went to Lengshuijiang Hospital of TCM for stroke and missed the thrombolysis time within the coverage from December 2019 to November 2020 were selected as subjects(n=60).According to the time of patient registration,treatment scheme and the outcome of doubleblind grouping,60 patients were enrolled in the control group(n=40,patients were given conventional treatment)and the research group(n=40,patients were given conventional treatment combined with modified Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction).Observe the patient’s quality of life,neurological deficit score,and stroke assessment scale score.The results showed that the quality of life score of the study group patients was higher,and there was statistically significant difference between the two groups compared to the control group patients(P<0.05);The neurological deficit score of the study group patients was lower,and there was statistically significant difference between the two groups compared to the control group patients(P<0.05);The stroke assessment scale scores of the study group patients were higher,and there was statistically significant difference between the groups compared to the control group patients(P<0.05).Research has found that the combination of modified Banxia Baizhu Tianma Tang under the guidance of traditional Chinese medical theory and modern medical theory can help improve early function,blood biochemistry,and microcirculation indicators in stroke patients,with significant clinical advantages.
