甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮对异位妊娠的保守治疗效果研究

St udy on the Conservative Management of Extrauterine Pregnancy with Methotrexate and Mifepristone

探讨甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠的效果。以贵州省贵阳市云岩区黔灵医院2018年1月—2022年12月收治的80例异位妊娠患者为研究对象,按照入院时间将其平均分为两组,即对照组与观察组。对照组选择甲氨蝶呤,观察组实施甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果、临床相关指标、不良反应。研究发现,临床治疗异位妊娠患者采用甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮保守治疗,可以显著降低β-HCG水平,达到终止妊娠的作用,加速包块缩小、腹痛消失,促使患者尽快月经复潮,且预后效果明确,安全性更加理想,建议临床应用并推广。

Explore the efficacy of methotrexate combined with mifepristone in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Eighty patients with ectopic pregnancy admitted to Qianling Hospital,Yunyan District,Guiyang City,Guizhou Province from January 2018 to December 2022 were taken as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups according to the time of admission,namely,the control group and the observation group.The control group selected methotrexate,while the observation group received treatment with methotrexate combined with mifepristone.The treatment efficacy,clinical related indicators,and adverse reactions of the two groups of patients were observed.The study found that methotrexate combined with mifepristone Conservative management can significantly reduce the risk of ectopic pregnancyβ-The HCG level has the effect of terminating pregnancy,while also reducing the amount of bleeding caused by single use of methotrexate,accelerating the reduction of mass and the disappearance of abdominal pain,promoting the patient’s menstrual cycle to return to normal as soon as possible.The prognosis is comparable and the safety is more ideal.It is recommended to apply and promote it in clinical practice.
