血必净注射液辅助治疗重症肺炎临床效果观察

Clinical Observation on the Adjuvant Treatment of Severe Pneumonia with Xuebijing Injection

分析在重症肺炎患者中采用血必净注射液辅助治疗的效果。选取2021年1月—2022年12月到贵州省威宁县人民医院接受治疗的80例重症肺炎患者为研究对象,经双盲法对其进行分组,分为实验组与参照组,各40例。参照组予以对症支持治疗,实验组需要联合血必净治疗,比较治疗前后两组患者的血气指标(PaCO_(2)、SaO_(2)、PaO_(2))、炎症因子指标(C反应蛋白、降钙素原)、评分指标(APACHE II评分、MLIS评分、GPIS评分)、治疗效果。治疗前,两组患者的血气指标、炎症因子指标、评分指标,对比显示无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,实验组患者的PaCO_(2)、炎症因子指标、评分指标均比参照组较低(P<0.05);实验组患者的SaO_(2)、PaO_(2)、治疗效果对比参照组较高(P<0.05)。研究发现,在重症肺炎患者的治疗中辅助性应用血必净注射液的效果明显,能改善患者的血气指标,改善其机体炎症反应,促进患者恢复,值得推广。

Analyze the effectiveness of using Xuebijing injection as an adjuvant treatment in patients with severe pneumonia.80 patients with severe pneumonia who received treatment at People’s Hospital of Weining in Guizhou Province from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into an experimental group and a reference group using a double blind method,with 40 patients in each group.The reference group was given symptomatic support treatment,and the experimental group needed to be treated with Xuebijing.The blood gas indicators(PaCO_(2),SaO_(2),PaO_(2)),inflammatory factor indicators(C-reactive protein,Calcitonin),scoring indicators(APACHE II score,MLIS score,GPIS score),and treatment effects of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were compared.Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in blood gas indicators,inflammatory factor indicators,and scoring indicators between the two groups of patients(P>0.05);After treatment,the PaCO_(2),inflammatory factor indicators,and scoring indicators of the experimental group patients were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);The experimental group had higher levels of SaO_(2),PaO_(2),and treatment efficacy compared to the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that the auxiliary application of Xuebijing injection in the treatment of severe pneumonia patients has a significant effect,which can improve the patient’s blood gas indicators,improve the body’s inflammatory response,and promote patient recovery.It is worth promoting.
