优质护理干预在急诊严重脑外伤患者抢救中的应用效果研究

The Application Effect of High-quality Nursing Intervention in Emergency Rescue of Severe Brain Injury Patients

探讨在急诊严重脑外伤患者抢救中优质护理干预的应用及效果。选取南通市第一人民医院2021年1月—2022年12月收治的80例急诊严重脑外伤患者,平均分入研究组(优质护理干预)和参照组(常规护理干预),对比干预结果。结果显示,研究组抢救成功率、护理满意度和生存质量均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究发现,在急诊严重脑外伤患者抢救中采用优质护理干预,能够有效地提高抢救成功率,同时还能促进护理质量的提高,值得推广和借鉴。

Explore the application and effectiveness of high-quality nursing interventions in emergency rescue of patients with severe brain injury.Eighty patients with acute severe brain injury admitted to Nantong First People’s Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were divided into the study group(high-quality nursing intervention)and the reference group(conventional nursing intervention)on average,and the intervention results were compared.The success rate of rescue,nursing satisfaction,and quality of life in the study group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Research has found that using high-quality nursing interventions in emergency treatment of severe brain injury patients can effectively improve the success rate of rescue,while also promoting the improvement of nursing quality,which is worthy of promotion and reference.
