针灸推拿用于肩关节周围炎治疗中的临床效果观察

Clinical Effect of Acupuncture and Moxibustion and Massage in the Treatment of Shoulder Joint Periarthritis

为探讨对肩关节周围炎患者应用针灸推拿治疗的效果,选取思南县民族中医院2021年1月—2022年11月收治的96例肩关节周围炎患者为研究对象,按照双色小球法进行分组,参照组48例接受单纯针灸治疗,研究组48例在针灸基础上联合推拿治疗。通过观察两组的治疗效果发现,研究组的治疗效果较参照组更好,肩关节功能恢复效果较参照组更好,疼痛评分较参照组更低,生活自理能力评分较参照组更高,生活质量评分较参照组更高,以上指标对比均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究发现,对肩关节周围炎患者使用针灸推拿治疗有着更好的效果,能够显著改善患者的肩关节功能,并大幅减轻患者的肩关节疼痛,恢复患者的生活自理能力,提高患者的生活质量。

To explore and analyze the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion and massage on shoulder joint periarthritis.From January 2021 to November 2022,96 patients with shoulder joint periarthritis treated in Sinan County Ethnic Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were selected as the research objects.They were grouped according to the two-color ball method.48 patients in the reference group received simple acupuncture and moxibustion treatment,and 48 patients in the study group received combined massage treatment.By observing the treatment effect of the two groups,it is found that the treatment effect of the research group is better than the reference group,the shoulder joint function recovery effect is better than the reference group,the pain score is lower than the reference group,the quality of life score is higher than the reference group,and the self-care ability score is higher than the reference group.The above indicators are statistically significant(P<0.05).The study found that acupuncture and moxibustion and massage treatment for patients with shoulder joint periarthritis has a better effect,which can significantly improve the shoulder joint function of patients,significantly reduce the pain of patients’shoulder joint,restore the ability of patients to take care of themselves,and improve the quality of life of patients.
