高血压合并冠心病治疗中联合应用氨氯地平和阿托伐他汀钙片的效果探析

Effect of Amlodipine Combined with Atorvastatin Calcium Tablet in the Treatment of Hypertension with Coronary Heart Disease

为评价高血压合并冠心病患者联合应用氨氯地平和阿托伐他汀钙片的效果,选择2021年2月—2022年6月期间贵州省黔东南州岑巩县人民医院收治的92例高血压合并冠心病患者为研究对象,随机抽取其中46例采用氨氯地平治疗并作为范例组,剩余46例采用阿托伐他汀钙片+氨氯地平治疗并作为应用组。对比两组临床治疗效果。用药后应用组血压(舒张压、收缩压)水平低于范例组(P<0.05)。用药后应用组心功能水平优于范例组(P<0.05)。应用组(TC)、(TG)、(LDL-C)指标低于范例组;(HDL-C)高于范例组(P<0.05)。应用组总毒副反应率低于范例组(P<0.05)。研究发现,虽然两种用药方法均达到了相似的治疗效果,但与单独使用氨氯地平相比,氨氯地平+阿托伐他汀钙片治疗优势更为显著,有利于稳定患者的血压、血脂,改善心功能,值得推广采用。

To evaluate the effect of Amlodipine combined with Atorvastatin calcium tablet in patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease.92 patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease were collected from Cengong County People’s Hospital,Qiandongnan Prefecture,Guizhou Province from February 2021 to June 2022.Among them,46 cases were randomly selected and treated with Amlodipine as a general case group,and the remaining 46 cases were treated with Atorvastatin calcium tablets+Amlodipine as an application group.Compare the clinical treatment effects of two groups.After medication,the blood pressure(diastolic and systolic)levels in the application group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After medication,the heart function level of the application group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The indicators of application group(TC),(TG),and(LDL-C)were lower than those of general group;(HDL-C)was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total toxic and side reaction rate in the application group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The study found that although both medication methods achieved similar therapeutic effects.However,compared with Amlodipine alone,Amlodipine+Atorvastatin calcium tablet has more significant advantages in treatment,which is conducive to stabilizing blood pressure,blood lipids,improving heart function,and is worth promoting.
