持续质量改进在疾控中心微生物检验中的应用研究

Research on the Application of Continuous Quality Improvement in Microbial Testing of Centers for Disease Control and Prevention

为分析持续质量改进在疾控中心微生物检验工作过程中的应用效果,并明确其对管理质量造成的影响,选择2020年1月—2022年2月沧县疾病预防控制中心微生物检验标本400份作为研究对象,然后按照平均分组和时间顺序将其分为两组,2020年1月—2021年1月的微生物检验标本作为对照组,包含的样本数量为200份,2021年2月—2022年2月的微生物检验标本作为研究组,包含的样本数量同样为200份。对照组样本使用常规管理,研究组样本使用持续质量改进,采取1个月的干预措施后对比两组标本的达标率。结果显示,持续进行质量管理1个月后,研究组的医药用品表面微生物以及医务人员手的卫生检验达标率、空气微生物等相关标准均要明显高于对照组。同时,对研究组的管理形式内容以及管理途径和方法等进行整体评分发现,其质量评分明显高于对照组。研究表明,在疾控中心微生物检验工作过程中,必须进行持续质量改进,进而提高达标率,使管理质量水平得到全面提升。

Analyze the application effect of continuous quality improvement in the microbiological testing process of the centers for disease control and prevention through experiments,and clarify the impact on management quality.Select 400 microbiological test specimens from Cangxian Disease Prevention and Control Center from January 2020 to February 2022 as the corresponding research subjects,and then divide them into two groups according to average grouping and chronological order.The microbiological test specimens from January 2020 to January 2021 are used as the control group,with a sample size of 200.The microbiological test specimens from February 2021 to February 2022 are used as the research group,with a sample size of 200.Routine management was used for the samples in the control group,and continuous quality improvement was used for the samples in the study group.After one month of intervention measures,the compliance rates of the two groups of samples were compared to clarify the differences in management quality.The results showed that after a month of continuous quality management,the research group had significantly higher levels of surface microorganisms in medical supplies,as well as the hygiene inspection compliance rate of medical staffhands,air microorganisms,and other related standards compared to the control group.At the same time,the overall evaluation of the management form,content,approach,and methods of the research group showed that its quality score was significantly higher than that of the control group.Research has shown that continuous quality improvement is necessary in the microbiological testing process of the centers for disease control and prevention,in order to improve the compliance rate of standards and comprehensively improve the management quality.
