摘要
为探讨在急性脑卒中患者就诊时给予急诊护理快速通道对救治时间及治疗效果的影响,此次研究共选取南通市第一人民医院2021年1月—2022年12月收治的102例急性脑卒中患者进行对比试验,经诊断均符合急性脑卒中病症标准,采取盲抽方式将其分为对照组与观察组两个组别,各51例患者,对照组沿用常规急诊护理,观察组在此基础上建立急诊护理快速通道,对两组实际应用效果进行对比。经相关数据表明,观察组确诊、等待抢救、停留绿色通道时间均短于对照组,与此同时致死致残率显著降低(P<0.05)。研究发现,在对急性脑卒中患者展开救治时采用急诊护理快速通道能够有效提高救治效率,降低致残及死亡率,为患者的生命健康提供有力保障。
Exploring the impact of adopting emergency nursing fast track on treatment time and effectiveness during acute stroke visits.In this study,a total of 102 patients were selected for a comparative experiment.After diagnosis,they all met the criteria for acute stroke symptoms.They were divided into two groups using blind sampling,the control group and the observation group,with 51 patients in each group.The control group continued to use routine emergency care,while the observation group used the emergency diagnosis and nursing fast track on this basis to compare the actual application effects of the two groups.According to relevant data,the observation group had shorter diagnosis,waiting for rescue,and staying on the green channel than the control group,while the mortality and disability rates significantly decreased(P<0.05).Research has found that the use of emergency nursing fast track in the treatment of acute stroke patients can not only effectively improve treatment efficiency,reduce disability and mortality,but also provide strong guarantees for the patient’s life and health.
