急性心肌梗死患者应用重组人组织型纤溶酶原激酶衍生物溶栓治疗的临床研究

Clinical Observation of Thrombolysis with Recombinant Human Tissue Plasmin Kinase Derivative for Injection in Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction

为观察急性心肌梗死患者使用重组人组织型纤溶酶原激酶衍生物溶栓治疗的临床疗效,以2020年1月—2020年11月织金县人民医院收治的60例急性心肌梗死患者作为医学调研样本,基于入院时间将其分为对照组与干预组,评价重组人组织型纤溶酶原激酶衍生物药物治疗的临床疗效。结果显示,干预组患者并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);干预组患者干预后各时段左心室射血分数高于对照组(P<0.05);干预组治疗有效率占比高于对照组(P<0.05);干预组患者各项血流动力学指标与对照组的数据相比,存在显著的差异(P<0.05);干预组患者SF-36生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,急性心肌梗死治疗中采用重组人组织型纤溶酶原激酶衍生物药物可进一步强化溶栓治疗效果,使得患者生理功能得到有效改善,预后生活质量得以提高,有极其重要的应用价值。

To observe the clinical efficacy of thrombolysis with recombinant human tissue Plasmin kinase derivatives in patients with acute myocardial infarction.60 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to Zhijin County People’s Hospital from January 2020 to November 2020 were taken as medical research samples.They were divided into control group and intervention group based on admission time to evaluate the clinical efficacy of recombinant human tissue plasmin kinase derivatives.The results showed that the incidence of complications in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The left ventricular ejection fraction in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The proportion of effective efficacy in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);There was a significant difference in hemodynamic indicators between the intervention group and the control group(P<0.05);The SF-36 quality of life score of patients in the intervention group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The study found that the use of recombinant human tissue plasmin kinase derivatives in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction can further enhance the thrombolytic effect,effectively improve the physiological function of patients,and improve the prognosis of life quality,which has extremely important application value.
