早期康复护理应用于老年脑梗死患者中的效果探析

Observation on the Nursing Effect of Early Rehabilitation Nursing Applied to Elderly Patients with Cerebral Infarction

为评估早期康复护理措施在老年脑梗死患者病情护理阶段的应用效果。以2019年1月—2020年1月道真仡佬族苗族自治县人民医院接诊的68例老年脑梗死患者为研究对象,基于随机数表法,将其分为对照组与干预组,评价早期康复护理措施的应用效果。结果显示,两组患者神经功能状态与智能状态评分证实,应用早期康复护理措施,能促进老年脑梗死患者神经状态有效改善(P<0.05);干预组患者情绪状态评分明显低于对照组患者,说明应用早期康复护理措施,能有效改善老年脑梗死患者焦虑情绪、抑郁情绪(P<0.05);健康认知状态评分则进一步证实,早期康复护理提升了老年脑梗死患者健康认知程度、生活中的自我护理能力(P<0.05);睡眠质量评分充分表明,早期康复护理措施对于优化患者机体生理状态,提高睡眠质量,促进机体精力的恢复,具有良好的效果(P<0.05);日常生活活动能力(ADL)评分佐证,对于老年脑梗死患者而言,应用早期康复护理措施,可进一步优化其身心状态与生活功能,促进生活质量评分提升(P<0.05)。研究表明,在老年脑梗死患者病情护理阶段,应用早期康复护理措施,对于优化患者脑部神经状态,促进生理功能恢复,提高生活质量,均有重要的价值。

Evaluate the application effect of early rehabilitation nursing measures in the nursing stage of elderly patients with cerebral infarction.The 68 elderly patients with cerebral infarction who were admitted to Daozhen Autonomous Country People’s Hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were taken as the research objects.Based on the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the intervention group to evaluate the application effect of early rehabilitation nursing measures.The results showed that the results of the neurological and intellectual status scores of two groups of patients confirmed that the application of early rehabilitation nursing measures can effectively improve the neurological status of elderly patients with cerebral infarction(P<0.05);The emotional state scores of patients in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group,indicating that early rehabilitation nursing measures can effectively improve anxiety and depression in elderly patients with cerebral infarction(P<0.05);The health cognitive state score further confirms that early rehabilitation nursing has improved the health cognitive level and self-care ability of elderly patients with cerebral infarction in daily life(P<0.05);The sleep quality score fully indicates that early rehabilitation nursing measures have good effects on optimizing the patient’s physiological state,improving sleep quality,and promoting the recovery of body energy(P<0.05);The results of Activities of daily living(ADL)scores support that,for elderly patients with cerebral infarction,the application of early rehabilitation nursing measures can further optimize their physical and mental status and life function,and promote the improvement of quality of life scores(P<0.05).Research has shown that in the nursing stage of elderly patients with cerebral infarction,the application of early rehabilitation nursing measures has important value in optimizing the patient’s brain neural state,promoting physiological function recovery,and improving quality of life.
