免疫规划预防儿童传染病的效果分析

Analysis of the Effectiveness of Immunization Planning in Preventing Infectious Diseases in Children

为探究免疫规划在预防儿童传染病方面的应用效果,选取2021年2月—2023年2月麻江县疾病预防控制中心200例准备免疫规划疫苗接种儿童为研究样本,以时间段作为分组标准,纳入对照组的100例儿童,未实施免疫规划疫苗接种(时间:2021年2月—2022年2月),纳入实验组的100例儿童,实施免疫规划疫苗接种(时间:2022年3月—2023年2月),统计对比纳入儿童传染病发生概率。结果显示,免疫规划疫苗接种工作实施后,实验组与对照组相比,纳入儿童在风疹、麻疹、乙肝、流行性脑脊髓膜炎发生率方面,研究数据存在明显差异(P<0.05)。研究发现,在预防儿童传染病方面,实施免疫规划干预手段,可积极降低风疹、麻疹、乙肝、流行性脑脊髓膜炎等传染病发生率,为此,广大医务工作人员应当加大免疫规划疫苗接种宣传力度,保障儿童规范接种传染病疫苗。

Explore the application effect of immune planning in preventing infectious diseases in children.The sample was collected from February 2021 to February 2023.200 children who were preparing to receive the immunization plan vaccine were included in the study sample,and the time period was used as the grouping standard.100 children who were included in the control group did not receive the immunization plan vaccine(from February 2021 to February 2022),while 100 children who were included in the experimental group received the immunization plan vaccine(from March 2022 to February 2023),Statistical comparison includes the probability of infectious diseases occurring in children.The results showed that after the implementation of immunization planning vaccination,there were significant differences in the incidence of rubella,measles,hepatitis B and epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05).The study found that in the prevention of infectious diseases in children,the implementation of immunization planning interventions can actively reduce the incidence of rubella,measles,hepatitis B,epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis and other infectious diseases.For this reason,the majority of medical staffshould increase the publicity of immunization planning vaccination to ensure that children receive standard vaccination against infectious diseases.
