王水消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定土壤和沉积物样品中的砷、镉、铅、铊、钨 被引量:3

摘要 建立王水消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定土壤和沉积物中的砷、铬、铅、铊、钨等元素的分析方法。采用5 mL体积分数为30%王水-沸水水浴消解土壤和沉积物样品,用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定。砷、镉、铅、铊、钨的质量浓度分别在0~100、0~100、0~500、0~100、0~100μg/L范围内与质谱峰强度线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9998~0.9999,检出限为0.003~0.20 mg/kg,定量限为0.01~0.67 mg/kg。用该方法测定6种不同土壤和沉积物标准物质,测定结果的相对误差为0.07%~3.56%,相对标准偏差为0.35%~6.36%(n=12)。该方法样品处理过程简便高效,适用于批量土壤和沉积物样品中砷、镉、铅、铊、钨的测定。 A method for the determination of arsenic,cadmium,plumbum,thallium and tungsten in soil and sediment by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)with aqua regia digestion was established.The samples of soil and sediment were dissolved in 5 mL 30%aqua regia-boiling water bath and determined by ICP-MS.The mass concentration of arsenic,cadmium,plumbum,thallium and tungsten had good linear relationship with the peak intensity of mass spectrum in the range of 0-100,0-100,0-500,0-100,0-100μg/L,respectively.The correlation coefficients were 0.9998-0.9999,the detection limits were 0.003-0.20 mg/kg,and the limits of quantitation were 0.01-0.67 mg/kg.The method was used to determine six different soil and sediment reference materials,the relative errors ranged from 0.07%to 3.56%,the relative standard deviations ranged from 0.35%to 6.36%(n=12).The method is simple and efficient,which is suitable for the determination of arsenic,cadmium,lead,thallium and tungsten in soil and sediment samples.
