微波消解-电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定水晶泥中的硼

摘要 建立了微波消解-电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-OES)法测定水晶泥中硼含量的方法。由于水晶泥在萃取时,有机质分散到溶液中会改变其黏度和表面张力,从而导致仪器的基体干扰,故实验中采用微波消解仪将适量的水晶泥样品进行消解,使硼元素完全溶解到消化液中,使用ICP-OES法对硼含量进行定量分析。硼元素的质量浓度在0~5.00 mg/L范围内与元素发射强度线性关系良好,线性相关系数为0.9999,硼元素的检出限为0.0011mg/L。水晶泥中的硼元素测定结果的相对标准偏差小于0.6%(n=6),低、中、高浓度水平的样品加标回收率为93%~103%。该方法操作简单,分析速度快。 The method of determination of boron in slime was established by microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-OES).As slime increased its viscosity and surface tension when the organic matter dispersed into the solution by extraction method,which would lead to the matrix effect of the instrument.The sample was digested by microwave digester to make boron completely dissolved in the digestion solution,and the boron content was quantitatively analyzed by ICP-OES.The mass concentration of boron in the range of 0-5.00 mg/L had a good linear relationship with the emission intensity of the element,the correlation coefficient was 0.9999,and the detection limit of boron was 0.0011 mg/L.The relative standard deviation of the determination results of boron in slime was less than 0.6%(n=6),and the recoveries of low,medium and high concentration levels were 93%-103%.The method has the advantages of simple operation and short detection time.
