后冬奥时代我国南方冰雪旅游服务能力提升研究--以四川省阿坝州滑雪场为例

Research on the Improvement of Ice and Snow Tourism Service Capacity in Southern China in the Post-Winter Olympics Period--Taking the Ski Resort in Aba Prefecture,Sichuan Province as an Example

随着后冬奥时代我国冰雪旅游产业的发展,如何解决人民不断增长的对冰雪运动的需求和冰雪产业不平衡、不充分发展之间的矛盾成为社会关注的焦点。利用扎根理论和NLP方法,借助Python爬虫及人工编码技术,对四川省阿坝州4个滑雪场的游客在线评论内容进行分析。发现阿坝州滑雪场存在的问题表征为:工作人员业务能力有待提高;服务能力品质有待提升;环境有待优化,配套设施有待完善。而问题发生的根源在于滑雪场自身地理特征的限制、滑雪场运营缺乏科学性以及来自游客方面的原因。得出阿坝州冰雪旅游产业应抓住后冬奥时机,从多方面入手完善相关问题:做好“最后一公里”服务工作;以信息技术手段加强管理,向产业集群发展;为游客提供差异性、个性化服务。以期通过阿坝州提高自身的冰雪旅游服务能力,促进我国南方冰雪产业的蓬勃发展。

With the development of China's ice and snow tourism industry in the Post-Winter Olympics era,how to solve the contradiction between the people's growing demand for ice and snow sports and the unbalanced and insufficient development of the ice and snow industry has become the focus of social attention.With the help of Python crawler and artificial coding technology,this paper analyzes the content of tourists'online comments of four ski resorts in Aba Prefecture,Sichuan Province by grounded theory and NPL method.It was found that the problems of Aba Prefecture ski resorts appear in following aspects:the staffs professional ability needs to be improved;the quality of service capacity needs to be improved;the environment needs to be optimized and the supporting facilities need to be perfected.However,the root causes of the problems lie in the limitations of the ski resorts'own geographical characteristics,the lack of science nature in ski resort operation,and the reasons from the tourists.It is concluded that the ice and snow tourism industry in Aba Prefecture should seize the Post-Winter Olympics opportunity and improve the related problems from various aspects:to do a good job in the"last kilometer"service;to strengthen the management by means of information technology,to the development of industrial clusters;to provide tourists with differentiated and personalized services.In order to improve its own ice and snow tourism service capacity through Aba Prefecture and promote the vigorous development of the ice and snow industry in southern China.
