民俗性冰雪旅游产业发展的社会价值、现存困境与纾解对策

The Social Value,Current Plights and Countermeasures for the Development of Folkloric Ice and Snow Tourism Industry

借助于北京冬奥会引发的冰雪旅游热,我国民俗性冰雪旅游产业迎来发展新机遇。其在社会价值上主要体现为突出地域特色,实现对民俗文化的保护和传承;拉动地区经济,促进多元化经济模态的形成;塑造地方形象,提高知名度与综合实力。但产业发展的现存困境主要存在于资源环境亟待改善、社会认知与接受程度有待提高两个方面。提出发挥政府导向作用,加大对产业的支持与保障;加强社会公众引导,提高产业的社会认同度;打造名牌旅游产品,为游客提供优质服务;加强产业合作,实现发展模式创新等纾解对策,以期通过政府统筹、内外联动、资源协同的方式振兴我国民俗性冰雪旅游产业,助力地方经济和文化的繁荣发展。

With the ice and snow tourism boom triggered by the Beijing Winter Olympics,China's folkloric ice and snow tourism industry has embraced new opportunities for development.Its social value is mainly reflected in highlighting regional characteristics,realizing the protection and inheritance of folk culture;boosting the regional economy,promoting the formation of diversifed economic model;shaping the local image,improving popularity and comprehensive strength.However,the current plights in industrial development mainly lie in two aspects:the resource environment need to be improved urgently,and the social awareness and acceptance also need to be improved.It is proposed to play the role of government guidance to increase the support and protection of the industry;strengthen public guidance to improve the social acceptance of the industry;create brand-name tourism products to provide tourists with high-quality services;strengthen industrial cooperation and realize the innovation of the development mode and other measures to alleviate the problem.The aim is to revitalize China's folkloric ice and snow tourism industry through government coordination,internal and external linkage,and resource synergy,so as to contribute to the prosperity of local economyand culture.
